2. Description of Service

Localforce provides an AI powered growth operating system designed to automate local marketing, review management, and citation synchronization. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

3. Subscription and Billing

Our Growth Plan includes a 7 day free trial. After the trial period, you will be billed 29.99 dollars monthly unless cancelled. Agency discounts of 20 to 40 percent are available for multi location management. You may cancel your service at any time without penalty if you are dissatisfied.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate data for your Google Business Profile and other directory listings. Localforce is not responsible for inaccuracies provided by the user.

5. Limitation of Liability

Localforce operates as an automation layer. While we strive for top tier rankings and visibility, we do not guarantee specific search engine results as algorithms are controlled by third parties like Google. Localforce shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
